100% Biz LLC Return Policy

Unwanted Merchandise

Unwanted merchandise must be returned to 100% Biz LLC in new condition within seven business days of receiving the items. Refunds will be given as merchandise credit. Buyer assumes responsiblity for the safe return of unwanted merchandise as well as all additional shipping costs.


Damaged Merchandise

In the event that the buyer recieves damaged merchandise sent by 100% Biz LLC, the buyer should immediately notify 100% Biz LLC. After notification of the damaged merchandise has been recieved, the buyer must provide proof of the damage with clear photographic documentation (preferred) or by returning the damaged merchandise. Merchandise will be replaced with new items. 100% Biz LLC will cover all additional shipping costs in the event of damaged merchandise.
